Our Receiving Department cannot accept Unauthorized returns. For replacement or proper credit to your account, please call for your Return Authorization number.

Special orders and custom printed items are returnable only if defective in nature.

If litigation becomes necessary to enforce the terms of our sales agreement, the prevailing party to such litigation shall be entitled to receive its' cost of collection including reasonable attorney fees.

Our sales agreements shall be deemed accepted and performed at Oakland, California, County of Alameda and if litigation becomes necessary to enforce the terms of the agreement, venue shall be in Oakland in the County of Alameda, California.
